titan-model is an open-source agent-based model for the spread of HIV through sexual, injection drug use, and overlapping networks. The model consists of a number of flexible modules for agent characteristics; HIV risk; HIV prevention and treatment interventions; and agent location and migration. The titan-model Python package includes a number of prefabricated settings for US-specific locations, but it encourages users to define their own study areas and parameters.
